AMIR SALFITI CREATING DISEASES
Invited guest at A ROOM from 11th to 28th of April, Amir has converted the space in a delirious and delicious abstraction. His relation with industrial spaces has taken him here to Suvilahti. As he said: "Industrial forms are important in my work. Because industry creates things: good, bad, ugly and beautiful. Just like people. The raw beauty of Suvilahti entered in my work, the factories, the docks, the pile of snow black and grey".
The intensity Amir achieve on the walls is the same he puts in his books, an altered degree of intimacy between bodies and things.
